Mission
C.E.FO.M. is a non-profit foundation established by 44 founding members (shareholders) on 7th May 2007. The basic mission of C.E.FO.M. is to support scientific research and cultural studies related to Western Thrace and the Turkish minority, to cooperate with local and foreign institutions and organizations in accordance with the foundation charter, to open educational institutions and to raise the education and cultural level of the Western Thrace Turkish Minority.
Vision
Our vision is to make the education level of the Western Thrace Turkish minority qualified and modern, to be a source institution that contributes to the social and cultural development of the Turkish minority and the region, and to the scientific studies to be carried out in this field.
